General Terms and Conditions
Convenience translation. The German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. We currently only deliver within Germany.

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking “Place order and pay” you place a binding order for the goods in the cart. Until that click you can check and change your entries at any time, including via the cart page and the back function of your browser.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as your payment has been received and we send you the order confirmation by email. The order confirmation contains your order details as well as these terms and conditions and the withdrawal policy. We store the contract text; you can find it via the link in the confirmation email.
The contract language is German.
3. Products
All shirts are only printed after you order them (“print on demand”). You only choose color and size from our finished designs. Slight deviations in color, size and position of the print may occur, for example due to screen display or manufacturing tolerances. These do not constitute a defect.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in our withdrawal policy.
5. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are added; they are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order (currently a flat €4.99 per order within Germany, regardless of the number of shirts). No further costs are incurred.
6. Delivery
Delivery within Germany is carried out by our production partner Printful. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, delivery thereafter usually 2 to 4 business days. These figures are guidelines and not fixed delivery dates. More on the page Shipping and delivery.
7. Payment
Payment is made through our payment service provider Stripe, using the payment methods offered during checkout. The amount is due with the order.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty and complaints
The statutory warranty rights apply. If a shirt is damaged or defective, please contact us by email with a photo within 30 days of receipt. For justified defects you will receive a replacement or your money back. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
