Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you order several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged or defective products
If your item arrives damaged or has a production defect, you will of course receive a free replacement or your money back — regardless of the right of withdrawal and beyond the withdrawal period.
To do so, contact us by email at alphatester@rabbitfire.de within 30 days of receiving the goods and please include:
- order number
- description of the problem
- clearly visible photos of the damaged or defective product
Every case is examined individually. In this case we naturally bear the return shipping costs.
Deliveries not received
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time and the carrier reports the shipment as lost, you will likewise receive a replacement or a refund. Please contact us no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date.
How the shirts are made
All shirts are made using print on demand, which means they are only printed after you order them. This extends the delivery time by a few days. It changes nothing about your rights — the right of withdrawal described above applies without restriction.

Regardless of anything stated on this page, your statutory warranty rights apply. They are not restricted by our provisions.
