My mission is currently to produce a music video COMPLETELY with AI.
On the way there I have already tried quite a lot.
Today we sit down in the DREAM MACHINE.
Here is the price list:
OK I admit it – it won’t be free if you really want to realize projects with it.
But – even the “PREMIER” plan I still find too small. On some days I generate between 400 and 1,000 images. I work with Playground AI and with my account I can have 4 variations created at the same time. That adds up quickly. Especially when I’m searching for graphics for ALPHATESTER. Zack, another 50 images created. With Dream Machine they are currently single clips. Until I’m happy with the result, 5–10 attempts may be necessary. In the “STANDARD” version I get 150 videos per month for $24. Among them are at most 10–20 “perfect” videos I can use for my films. That’s not much raw material. That’s 1–2 minutes.
As a “FREE” user I can make 30 films per month text-to-video, i.e. with a prompt ONLY. Or image-to-video with a prompt AND an image.
With the video of the kittens I thought: “Yes, we might be living in a simulation.”
You remember the scene in Inception, right? The target is trapped in a simulation. Everything is perfectly planned – except for the carpet. The target notices that the carpet feels different and realizes it is a simulation.
As a “FREE” user you get 30 clips a month. My 30 are of course gone by now!
A few I simply blew just for fun. The rest is for two small projects. A perfume commercial and – how could it be otherwise – a music video! So far I’ve tried to generate a music video with LTX Studio and with KREA AI and the results are – well – passable.
